Despite the continuing shortage of homes for sale, the ones in a buyer's price range are continuing to sell. Even though the seller's market continues, there are 5 surprising facts many buyers don't know when buying a home in Carroll County, MD. Educating buyers is an important part of the job and you did a great job with this information that dispels some of the erroneous thinking. Right now it's a bit of a challenge for closing costs to get paid by the seller because of our seller's market but every now and then!
