The Real Estate Market Statistics for June were just released.
June 2017 was a neutral market which means there were an equal amount of buyers and sellers. That is good news for Broward County home sales as many parts of the country are experiencing a lack of inventory.
In our current market, you can still find a home that fits your budget at affordable interest rates.

The slowdown from last month could be because we are in the height of our summer. Normally sales pick up in August as kids start heading back to school. We will see when I report the statistics in August and September 2017 for the Broward County Real Estate Market.
