~ Facebook Marketing Tips ~
I have been asked a couple of times offline in the past few weeks by Rainers why I do not share personal FB profiles. Good question. The primary reason is because we should only be promoting business information via a FB business page. Facebook makes this clear in their Terms of Service.
I know many Rainers use their personal profiles to share business information, often times with better success than they see from their FB biz pages. However, there is always the risk that Facebook will begin to crack down on this practice and everything will be lost. I do not want to contribute to that so I only share your biz pages. Now you know. I have made one exception over the years (not my own page) but that is a story for another Facebook Friday. ;-)
Did You Know...according to Facebook, they now have over 2 Billion users accessing the site each month. Where else online can we guarantee we will have an audience with an incredible number of local real estate consumers?
Have prospects made first contact with you via FB in the past 30 days? Did you convert any of them to clients? If the answer to the first question is no, it may be time to develop a new FB plan to attract serious local real estate consumers. Just sayin' Rainers!

I am super excited about this weeks list of FB articles as I know there is useful information if we take the time to check it out.
