Hi Will Hamm, at about 40 min to Denver Tech Center and 60 to DIA , Monument has a large population of Denver commuters. Spread the word, my friend! More home & more land for your money.

Good morning Bruce Walter! Yes, the front porch has "slow down summer" written all over it! Of course I'm particularly fond of that feature, ;) but it really has the most ideal floorplan on the prettiest lot in Woodmoor.
