Daily Listing Photo Tip: Move the Garbage Can

Let's face it, taking listing photos isn't rocket science.

But attention to detail, the small things, is what sets true professionals apart from the rest.

Take the time to move the garbage cans out of view when taking your photos. I agree that a garbage can in your photo will not prevent your listing from selling, and it wont even prevent it from fetching a higher sale price.

What it will do is quite simple though. When you are in your next listing appointment going through all of the reasons the seller should use you to represent them, you can show them the difference between your attention to detail in your marketing.
