Listings in Cedar City....

Real Estate Agent with Aubrey and Associates Realty

I know that I have blogged several times about what is available in Cedar City.  I have had the great opportunity to preview several homes in the past few days, and let me say, there is a good variety!  If you're looking for something away from town with some acreage and some great views, we have a few properties that fit that bill.

There are several brand new condo or town house projects that are priced very reasonably.  There are a few starter type homes, but they are selling very quickly!  We also have several next step or move up homes.  Many are new or nearly new some with beautiful upgrades, as well as some with a lot of square footage.  It is a great time to come out and see what's available!  The air is clean the trees are greening up, it is a beautiful this time of year.  If you aren't interested in spending all that money on gas...check out our website and look at our MLS.

C Team,

Thanks for stopping by my Tucson blog to comment; I came over to reciprocate.  I'll wander around your blog and see if I can learn a little more about your historic downtown.  This looks like a place that would be a great feature for a few Localism posts.
