All of that resulted in 3 offers driving the sales price u to $765,000 which was $16,000 above the list price and $25,000 over a recent appraisal. In addition, no other concessions were requested by the buyer, in fact they gave my seller's an additional week to remain in the property after COE at not cost, to find a new home.
