Good morning, Gabe. I remember the days when people would come to Charlotte and couldn't afford south Charlotte so we took them to Fort Mill... now they can't afford Fort Mill either!

Brian England ~ hi Brian... both Fort Mill and Tega Cay are popular for their excellent schools, lower taxes and proximity to Uptown Charlotte. Tega Cay sits on Lake Wylie... so lots of homes with gorgeous water views and lake access.
