Recently on the 18th of July Howard Hanna Real Estate officially took over Nothnagle Realtors and Realty USA. The signs for Nothnagle were already green and gold so it is just a name change. Realty USA though went from a red white to the green and gold.
So far except for a handful, it has been business as usual although there were phone calls to come to our firm!

I've been thinking about changing my personal name back to my maiden name. It's so much easier to spell, and honestly doesn't sound "so foreign". I've been hesitant because of all the marketing and branding. But I really think it needs to be done!

Happy to hear the change has been relatively painless. We went through a process a few years ago that was really disruptive. After two years with a new franchise, he bailed and we are independent again. Ha.

So far the only headache is signage!
Raymond, all I can say is when we were Prudential it was a Respectable Name, when we switched to Berkshire Hathaway we received a higher level of acceptance because of the Oracle from Omaha... Warren Buffet...Endre
