Where is the opportunity? How do we find the gap that needs to be filled? Find the need find the opportunity.
As foreclosures continue to rise http://www.cnbc.com/id/15840232?video=741083498 there is a group that still has money and is gathering at the sidelines waiting for the madness to stop.
How will this group buy?
What will they buy?
What are the painful lessons that are being broadcast to the nation?
Never before have we had so many analysts evaluating a financial hiccup (2% national foreclosure rate).
There are trends in everything - follow the trends and find the learning opportunities.
Ignore the trends and be a liberal who has blind hope and blames others first rather than finding long term solutions.
two trends I have seen in 3 metro areas...
High foreclosure rates for ...
areas with exessive inventory (or ease of additional opportunity)
residents with a high volume of poor mans "toys" new ATV's, newer trendy cars, Big screen tv's
The wealthy choose their recreation more carefully. while they may have some of these "things" they have been aqquired over a many years and are part of bigger activities.
Did you flinch? Look around. You will see more trends. I am sure of it.
