BLOOPER FRIDAY! Wow - there were some amazing gaffes and laughs in the MLS and the real estate ads this week, friends. Do you recognize your listing remarks in any of these? If you're like me and you type with ham fingers, I’ll promise not to rat you out if  you send me lots of money…or martinis…

MLS MONKEYSHINES

"Deliver by monkey" (Apparently this agent moonlights as an organ grinder.)

"Bend over offers by Friday" (Hence the term, "humping" for a sale.)

“View from fat area” (The only view from my fat area is my shoes.)

“Wiggle room here” (Who do you work for - Strippers 'R' Us?)

“May ham bank approval” (At Wells Fargo, mayhem is an understatement.)

"Korean kitchen counters" (How do you get the Koreans to lie still?)

Catting Around

“Fresh cat of paint” (What’s the cat’s name – Dunn Edwards?)

“Persians in lvg room purchased” (I'll tell you what they've purchased – most of Los Angeles!)

“You’ll enjoy coattails on the veranda” (That depends on what's under his coat.)

“New draims” (Old draim bramage.)

"Prior frie damage" (It seems you've seen my stovetop...)

Barking Up the Wrong Tree

“Hole in flor not fixx” (Let me guess – you’re Flor, the hole is in your cerebrum, and you need a fix…)

“Big state sale” (Is Stan Kroenke trying to unload Texas?)

“New fissures” (Welcome to California.)

“Ligation has been resolved” (You untied your tubes?)

"Huge Master Suit" (Huge Master should consider Nutrislim.)

In the Dog House

"Please leave liquids outside" - (That explains the guy peeing in the bushes.)

"Contact my ass. for details" (I will - it's obvious you speak out of it.)

“Go to my log for details” (Sorry pal, your "log" is not that impressive...)
