Hi Dick -- this report certainly has some impressive statistics for this segment of the Loveland CO real estate market.  The high sold-to-list-price percentage , number of pending sales and the low days on market are strong signs indicating that homes are continuing to sell well -- now if only inventory available for sale was higher.
