Come back, Nick, come back. I was just thinking of you the other day. I was talking with a seller in Elk Grove who is packing up her extended family and moving to . . . Huntsville! I excitedly told her I actually know an agent there. I'm not sure she is buying immediately or what her plans are. She was planning to go on the market in January, but I looked at that mess, each room piled high with stuff, and this is a 6 bedroom house, and suggested she hire an organizer to help her. Sure enough, I got an email a few days ago that everything is now pushed to March. But I will give her your information.
