Fellow Rainers,

I have been hearing, reading and listening how the Short Sales in Southern Ca. has been time consuming, frustrating and often no success to the Realtor or Buyer.

On the other hand, the Foreclosures and pre-forclosures have had better success. Is this true?

Here's a place to share, Rant and let me know, as an Insurance Agent, is there anything I/We can do to help close your Sales?

Example's of Properties that can delay your closing..

Properties in need of repair and will be vacant until occupied or rented?

Time lost trying to obtain insurance on a property and closing Escrow that has a previous Loss History? In a Wild Fire Area? Flood Zone?

Policy's can be canceled at Inspection if the perameter of a Typical Insurance Company isn't met and statis of the Property has not been disclosed beforehand.
