So nice to have inter office email . I was on the phone with a client . She was looking for a condo at a certain price .She was getting really anxious and starting to look outside of her parameters . She also was looking at styles of homes that were not for her . We were on the phone she was insisting on looking at an area that I knew was not for her . Suddenly I received an inter office email a new listing . It was an area I had not thought of for her but was way nicer then where she was insisting on looking at . We went to look
It was perfect. The seller was in an assisted living facility . All it needed was a good cleaning and some updating .The size was perfect . It had all the amenities she was looking for plus more . The price was right We went back to the office wrote it up .
