Homes continue to sell strongly in Mariana Butte - so far in 2017, there have been 41 homes sold, ranging in price from a low of $272,000 to a high of $795,000, with a median price of $445,000 and an average price of $471,613. Given the fact that these sales figures include significant new construction in the neighborhood, and that typically increases the time on market, market performance has nonetheless been good, with average days to get an offer at 47 days, and average days on the market at 133 days. The sale price/list price ratio for these 41 homes was 98.8%, a sign of high buyer demand and a seller's market.
