We are wary of flips and frequently share what we've learned from touring flipped houses. To be fair, not all flips are flops. However, if you buy a flipped house that is a flop, it could be a very expensive mistake.

Absolute truth!!!

To be fair, not all flips are flops. However, if you buy a flipped house that is a flop, it could be a very expensive mistake.

I'm sure there are some disasters out there that people consider scraping and starting over. It would be fun to rennovate a house and flip it ... I think.
