The Briargate real estate market has enjoyed a really strong July. Volume has softened a bit from the late spring frenzy but the numbers are still impressive.
Although there were 18 fewer sales, the Median Sales Price went up by $100. Not a huge amount but the new Median sales price is a record. Here's a chart that shows the Briargate Median sales price over the last ten years.
