Today I took a mental health day.
I had an agent to handle any issues that would come up.
So while fishing, my phone rang 6 times.
Why did I answer?
Because, I need to be in control.
As it turned out i was able to handle all but one call from my boat.
When I was done with a call, I went back to fishing.
It was a very relaxing day!

Just another day. I have a T-time later this morning. I haven't decided if I'll take my phone with me or not
In today's world of instant communication, if you don't answer they call someone else.
Mental health is always number one but I understand the difficulty of being totally unplugged.
Sometimes we have got to do what we have got to do ... or we can surrender and let go ... and allow ourselves to truly disconnect.
Glad you got out to do something you enjoy. Maybe next time, you can leave your phone in the car. You don't want to scare off the fish!
