It is my top priority to follow the real estate golden rule. I strive to always look out for and protect my clients best interest as well as treating my fellow colleagues in the real estate industry with the utmost respect and kindness.
The truth is that as human beings we remember when people make us feel good or when we have a great interaction or transaction with a Realtor who has left a positive impression. One of the natural by-products of treating people well will serve you and your client well if you should find yourself in a multiple offer situation with that agent. The result of treating other Realtors with kindness and making oneself accessible as well as having good follow-up, promptly returning phone calls, plus an overall genuineness will pay dividends throughout your career. For example, I believe it's fair to assume that most listing agents gravitate towards those colleagues that are likeable problem solvers for whom they feel will deliver a smooth transaction for all parties involved.
I look forward to working with Realtors who are communicative with a positive attitude and maintain their cool (rather than agents who are combative and abrasive). I am witnessing a very encouraging trend where most agents are highly professional, well-informed, and ethical. It is my opinion that Realtors have received an unearned bad rap over the years for perhaps being self-serving, overpaid pushy salespeople. I am so proud to be a Realtor in the Coachella Valley serving my community and very thankful for the many colleagues and customers who have so enriched my life with their trust and friendship.
Wishing everyone much continued success!!
