Gregory, many years ago I met a Realtor who sent me such a beautiful letter and I read it and realized how bad he felt that I did not get my client's offer accepted... this was pre Economic Meltdown.... I remember how good I felt, then I swore I would always thank and write something nice to the ones who missed out... yes the Golden Rule is good...Endre
