Several months ago I got an email from a person I had met only once or twice back in 2004. She and her husband own the lot next to the house that my ex and I had built in 2004. She wanted to know if I was back in Williamsburg.
I heard from her again this week and I told her that I was going to be very honest with her and that she would not be able to make money on her lot. She told me my honesty is why she wants me to be her REALTOR®! She then told me to sent her the listing agreement!

Jeff, I would rather be honest and sell the property than tell the it will bring more and keep asking for a price reduction.
Sybil, all my listings are based on honesty and we always have big discussions but the end result is if you are dealing with honest sellers it is not an issue...Endre

HiSybil... I've always found that in the long run, honesty pays off even if sometimes in the short run it doesn't seem to do so.
