Over the years, I have seen many reasons homeowners think about moving.    Are you one of these?

New construction is "major" here in Charlotte. People here think a 5 year old home is old. But the price of new construction keeps going up so I'm afraid many people will get priced out of the market. That's why there is no better time than now to buy.

Curtis Van Carter there are homes priced under a million on the next pages, thinking there are at least 4 pages of listings.

Roy Kelley I had two close in July where the Sellers were downsizing, and they are still working on getting rid of extra stuff!   It is definitely a process.

Nina, when I get buyers looking for new construction, they do add, maybe they will look at resales, but only 5 years old.
