Thanks to Active Rain, I just worked with a buyer to purchase 20 units in Meridian Texas. We have changed the name of the community to Meridian Ridge Homes, LLC. Not only was I the buyers agent, I will be the property manager!
This is an exciting opportunity for me to get active in the community in which I grew up and to work closely with my buyer client on the management aspect of his community.
Meridian Ridge Homes consists of 10 duplex units offering two bedroom and three bedroom homes at affordable prices. We are currently 100% occupied with a waiting list.
Our goal as new owners and property manager is to provide nice homes to rent, exceptional customer service and a sense of community for all who live at Meridian Ridge Homes.
My granddaughter has been helping me with the takeover and has decided that she is my Assistant Manager/Marketing Director. She is helping with cleaning and organizing right now, so we will see how long it lasts...cleaning is not really her forte.
Be patient; she will learn!
