Monroe NY Real Estate Inventory - August 20-26, 2017

Below are the new single family homes that came on the market in Monroe NY during the week of August 20 - 26, 2017. There were six new listings. At the same time, the total number of available listings in Monroe NY fell from 100 to 93. Another interesting data point is that there are currently 57 homes in Monroe under contract. This tells me that there is huge demand in the Monroe area right now. It is a fantastic time for sellers to get their home on the market.

The new listings that were added to Monroe real estate inventory this week were:

30 Forshee Street, MLS #4736806, listed at $229,000. This is a 1,148 square foot ranch home with three bedrooms and one and a half baths. The Monroe village home also has an eat in kitchen, formal dining room with sliders to outside, and central air conditioning. Outside the home, there is a one-car garage, driveway, natural stone walkway, covered porch area, deck and private yard.

8 Center Hill Road, MLS #4737872, listed at $269,000. This four bedroom, one and a half bath bilevel has 1,744 square feet of space and a third an acre of land. This home is convenient to the center of Monroe, the Heritage Rail Trail, shopping, and more. There are hardwood floors, a family room, kitchen, dining room and central air conditioning. The property also includes a one car garage, driveway and fenced-in level yard.

27 Eden Road, MLS #4737914, listed at $309,000. This Arden Forest area ranch home has three bedrooms and one and a half baths. The home has ~960 square feet. There is also central air conditioning, hardwood flooring, tile flooring in kitchen, and a lower level with family room, bedroom, laundry room, additional room and a half bath. The third of an acre of level property includes an in-ground pool and deck.

69 High Ridge Road, MLS #4738252, listed at $309,000. 69 High Ridge Road is a three bedroom, two full bath bilevel home with nearly 1,700 square feet of space and a third acre of property. The home was renovated in 2017. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and an eating island/buffet. There are hardwood floors on the top level and tile with carpeted family room downstairs. There is a two-car garage, as well as a deck with access to private back yard.

20 Half Hollow Turn, MLS #4736863, listed at $399,000. This four bedroom, two and a half bath colonial home has 1,920 square feet of living space. There is central air conditioning, hardwood flooring and a basement with access to level yard. Outside is a two car garage and above ground pool.

12 Berwyn Road, MLS #4738141, listed at $399,000.  A three bedroom, three full and one half bath ranch home joins the list of available homes. The 2,500 square foot central-air cooled home includes high ceilings, hardwood floors, an eat-in-kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a finished walk-out basement with kitchen. The home also has a two-car garage, in-ground pool, three decks and a hot tub.
