Hi to all!

Happy to be on ActiveRain -- this is my inaugural blog and I hope you all enjoy...

Well, the first exciting thing I have to share is that in the past week I have staged 5 vacants, and before i was through with the 5th -- the first 3 had contracts! Proud to say we've converted one more skeptical realtor! HALLELUIAH!! (and the crowd went wild!)

Received word today from the National Association of Professional & Executive Women that I have been named the 2008 Woman of the Year for Home Staging! -- Who? Lil Ole moi?!? (taking a very humble bow...)

Lots of appointments and preparing for the County Board of Realtors Golf Outing this Friday...hmmm...if I could just figure out how to ply all of 'em with liquor...

More to follow...not only tips on staging, but liquor plying as well...
