Originally from Dallas, Ann grew up embracing southern cuisine and her roots while attending private school before heading to South Carolina. It was there where she pursued a Bachelor’s in Accounting. She moved to Grand Rapids shortly after college where she raised her 4 children. When Ann returned to the the work force she worked at a law firm in legal administration for 12 years. It was through that field that she found real estate. She wanted something bigger and better. Ann got licensed and was mentored for a year before going solo as an agent.
Ann spent 2 years focusing on relocation in the industry. Ann “SellsGR” and that's no exaggeration. She knows this city inside and out. She loves area orientation and helping you fall in love with this city as much as she has. She joined the Blehm Group in early 2016 because she wanted to be part of a team. She has never looked back. She’s brought ambition, determination, and spunk to our group and we are thoroughly glad to have her.
Coming from Texas, Ann has big opinions on barbecue and has dreams of opening her own restaurant someday. She has been smoking brisket for years. Her favorite BBQ restaurant is Johnny B’z, but anything food related makes her face light up. She has a boat and loves being on the water. Her children are her pride and joy and she loves that she came into this industry when she did so she can fully devote her time to her clients now that her children are grown up. She is passionate about real estate and loves going that extra mile for her clients.
Her favorite Grand Rapids neighborhood is East Grand Rapids. She loves Reeds Lake and the encompassing area, but she would agree that all of Grand Rapids has stolen her heart.
