Today is the day I move into my new Downtown Melbourne, FL office.

I love the wonderful central location. It is close to everything.

As I was searching I determined that I needed to have certain requirements for the office.

1. Stay off the beachside (too far from many parts of the area).

2. I wanted to be in a "destination area" A place potential buyers and sellers would go all year long. Downtown has many festivals, restaurants and shops.

3. I wanted easy access from all parts of the County.

I am excited to be in the heart of everything :)
