The Market Is Heating Up Around Table Rock Lake!

Real Estate Agent with Branson House Realty 2003032011

The market is heating up in the Table Rock Lake area, so much so that we are having a sellers market in the lower price ranges. Unfortunately buyers are in shock when they find a home they like especially around Table Rock Lake and Branson, has one or two offers already. After years of great deals, the market under $150,000 is nearly bought up compared to 2-3 years ago.  I always tell buyers if you find something you like, Just know there's 5 other buyers thinking about making an offer. Now is not the time for low ball offers or to play the waiting game. Currently under $150,000 in a 3-bedroom 2-bath single-family home in both Stone and Taney County combined, there's 126 for sale. Sounds like a lot of properties, right? Not when you have double the interest from buyers over last year, with an inventory that's lower. Consider this-in the city of Branson alone, you only have 30 homes available at the moment in a 3BD 2BA under $150,000. Not exactly a sellers market yet, but a pretty good healthy market. Finally we are seeing an actual need for building, and now is a great time for Builders with land at such a low price! Overall, there's still time to find that perfect property. There's still lots of options, but when you find something you will need to be ready to make a quick decision, and sellers-list now please! Call me today and let's get started!
