The Market Is Heating Up Around Table Rock Lake!

The market is heating up in the Table Rock Lake area, so much so that we are having a sellers market in the lower price ranges. Unfortunately buyers are in shock when they find a home they like especially around Table Rock Lake and Branson, has one or two offers already. After years of great deals, the market under $150,000 is nearly bought up compared to 2-3 years ago.  I always tell buyers if you find something you like, Just know there's 5 other buyers thinking about making an offer. Now is not the time for low ball offers or to play the waiting game. Currently under $150,000 in a 3-bedroom 2-bath single-family home in both Stone and Taney County combined, there's 126 for sale. Sounds like a lot of properties, right? Not when you have double the interest from buyers over last year, with an inventory that's lower. Consider this-in the city of Branson alone, you only have 30 homes available at the moment in a 3BD 2BA under $150,000. Not exactly a sellers market yet, but a pretty good healthy market.
