Endre Barath, Jr. -- I would like to know more about your escrow.  Did you watch the Google Earth Flyover?  I think you may be able to use it in your marketing.

This mountain is too big to explore it on foot. Google Earth shows it off pretty well. We tried flying over it with a drone but the trees are too thick to get a good view of it. Also, a lot of the property is arid and not so interesting.

This is a discretionary sale. $300,000 is a lot to spend for a place to go a few times a year. I think my best pospects will be elk hunters.

You are right, Endre Barath, Jr. The videos need to be shorter. I hire an outside service to make the Google Earth Videos. My guy charges $10 to add the music but he uses the same music for everything. I will stop paying him for the music.

He uses the Yavapai County GIS system to draw the lot boundaries. The terrain for each property is one of the primary factors that governs the sales of my remote listings.

I do not know how well the Google Earth videos would work in an urban area but it would not cost too much to try it out.  Most of my flyovers cost $60 to $90.

Endre Barath, Jr. -- I have one listing where we used a Google Earth Flyover chaining to a drone flyover of the same property. The subject in this listing has huge boulders and is a real challenge to photograph.

Bob Crane -- I think I paid around $85 for the Google Earth video. Ten dollars of that was for the music. If you have use for this service, please let me know. Most of what he needs is a Parcel number so he can get the coordinates for the lot corners.
