Torrance 55+ condo inventory has been very low this year, with only a few units listed for sale on an average day. Tight real estate market overall has posed a challenge for the buyers in our South Bay market. South Bay senior 55+ communities are in demand from both local buyers as well as folks planning to downsize and relocate to the Torrance or Redondo Beach area.
Today, we have only 9 units listed for sale in the South Bay area. Most of them are located at New Horizons, one at Breakwater Village and one at Parkview Court. Not many, considering the fact that we have 14 senior communities.
