Residential Real Estate For Sale in Addison Texas
The total number of available residential properties for sale in Addison, Texas is 33, up from last month’s 23. Currently for sale, there are:
- 16 single family homes (ranging in price from $259,000 to $2,195,000)
- 1 half-duplex ($395,000)
- 10 condos ($135,000 to $475,000)
- 6 townhomes ($359,990 to $530,000)
Twenty six of the 33 available homes above have been on the market for longer than 30 days. Two are incomplete new construction condos and they’ve been on the market for 300+ days. The sellers market here is cooling a bit.
