Pricing strategies, including a comprehensive Comparative Marketing Analysis, and an estimated Seller's Net puts the seller in the driver's seat before negotiations begin. By running through various scenarios and continuous communication prior to listing, the seller is more educated in the process and knows what to expect before an offer is presented.
When the seller is fully prepared and knows what to expect, they can proceed with confidence when it comes to price, terms, closing costs, dates, and deadlines. Guiding the seller through the maze takes less time when sellers are engaged in the process from the beginning. The seller takes steps and makes plans to get them to their next step, while having back-up plans in place without any unnecessary surprises.
My goal is to provide Premium Services. It takes seller's motivation to become educated in the process of selling a home. Having a trusted listing agent who understands financing and how important it is to the seller is very important. I do my best to make sure my client knows and understands that negotiations is a give and take and not an arm wrestling match between agents. Selling a home is very different than selling household goods on line. No two transactions are alike. This is a craft I've developed with years of education, knowledge, and experiences. I understand, the more knowledge the seller has the better. To share my techniques with my clients is a gift I give of myself to others.
