So, being that the Fit Body Boot Camp that I did for 6 weeks didn't lead to me getting rid of my belly, I am still trying to figure out what to do. I joined a gym for starters, but I need to figure out a routine that will lead to my belly eventually becoming flat again, haha. I met with a trainer there and he put together a routine of 6 exercises that target the core. There were a couple of exercises that I couldn't quite do yet, so he has me starting out on some machines instead. This is fine, but he only has me doing 3 exercises for 3 sets each. I am done with those in 15-20 minutes and don't really feel like I am doing enough. If I haven't already played tennis, then in addition to these 3 exercises, I run on the treadmill for 20-30 minutes to get some cardio in. I really feel kind of lost, as I have never done much in a gym and don't really know what I should be doing to accomplish my goal. I know part of the solution is to eat healthy, but to be honest, I think I eat pretty healthy already. I have a green smoothie every day and I stay away from sugar and processed foods as much as possible. I would certainly try to eat even healthier, if I knew exactly what I should be eating on a daily basis and could actually fix those things for myself to eat. Anyways, my quest continues, I will keep y'all updated!
