Fall: A great time to buy a home in Colorado!

Many areas throughout Colorado are experiencing our typical seasonal cool down with reduced prices, fewer homes selling, and a decrease in the number of homes being listed as shown on the REcolorado's Market Watch, for the Greater Denver Area, August, 2017.

The 80120 neighborhoods, which include downtown Littleton continued to rise, according to Zillow’s August Market Report. The median home value in 80120 is up 11% and is now $408,600, as compared to $368,108 one year ago.

The median list price per square foot in 80120 is $284; higher than the overall Littleton average of $268. Metro Denver's average list price is $241 per square foot.

All in all, there's a slight shift in a buyer’s favor, as we head into fall, which could offer buyers the enticement they need to jump into our still strong market, right now!

If you’d like to explore buying or selling a home in or near the downtown Littleton area, please contact me.
