This is another great story! We were in touch with the owner for several months while she was getting things in line to get her home sold. We kept her up to date on the market and aware of what was going on within her neighborhood as well as where she was looking to purchase.
Fast forward and she is ready to get her home on the market, we sat down and reexaminded the market and figured with inventory decreasing we could push the envelope on price. Well after being on the market for just 48 hours we were able to aquire 2 offers, both of which were over asking price! We solidified a deal, went through inspections with minimal repairs and closed with no issues!
