A grand opening for Nova Ridge by Pardee Homes is scheduled for September 23rd  in the Cliffs Village of Summerlin.

Geoff Gorman, Pardee Homes vice president of sales, stated “It has been 20 years since Pardee has opened a new neighborhood in Summerlin.”  The homes in this hillside gated neighborhood are innovative one and two-story homes with views of the Las Vegas Valley and the adjacent mountain range.  The floor plans range from 3,172 to 4,413 square feet with prices starting around $619,000.  The styles of the homes include Mid-Century Modern, Modern Nevada and Desert Contemporary.  All the homes in Nova Ridge feature Pardee Homes LivingSmart energy-saving features.

Plan One at Nova Ridge measures 3,172 square feet and is a single-story home with three bedrooms and up to three baths plus a covered patio, kitchen, dining area, courtyard entry and a two-car plus a single- bay garage.

Plan Two is a four bedroom home with 3,263 square feet.  This single-story home offers the optional GenSmart Suite along with 3 ½ bathrooms, porch entry, great room with a covered patio, dining area and a tandem three-car garage.

Plan Three is a two-story home that measures 3,679 square feet with up to five bedrooms and 4 ½ baths.  The home has a courtyard entry, optional GenSmart suite or optional lounge, large great room, game room, a covered patio and a two-car and single-car garages.

Lastly there is Plan Four that offers 4,413 square feet of living space.  This two-story home has five bedrooms, 4 ½ baths, large kitchen, great room, lounge, dining area, a covered patio, optional decks off the master bedroom and off the third bedroom, an optional GenSmart suite and two-car and single-bay garage with a workshop.

The village is home to Faiss Middle School, Wet ‘n’ Wild water park and Faiss Community Park & Aquatic Center and its adjacent to Bishop Gorman High School, a private Catholic college preparatory school.  To keep the natural beauty in the Cliffs parcels of land within the village have been set aside to remain undeveloped. Small parks and long walking paths with elevated rest stops and open spaces for overlooks are planned throughout the village to connect the Summerlin Trail System.
