So, with that said most people want to know: How is the market? By analyzing the current rate of sales versus the amount of inventory we determine the Market Action. As I mentioned before there is clear evidence of recent slowing. The prices and the inventory levels remained relatively unchanged in the past few weeks. This in turn is showing that the prices remain around their high point. Over all if you asked is it a buyer’s or a seller’s market I would say that it is favoring the buyers as we speak.
