Explore LIC - Long Island City with Feng Shui Expert Laura Cerrano

Home Stager with Feng Shui Manhattan Long Island #888

After completing a Feng Shui Space Clearing ceremony in Long Island City, I decided to take a stroll along boardwalk in Gratry Plaza State Park. This is where you'll find the famous "Peps:Cola" sign, which is one of the most endearing and recognizable icons on the Queens waterfront.

When I first started vising Long Island City (also referred to as LIC), it was during the raw stages of its overall development. Around that time, I was hired by Modern Spaces as the Feng Shui Expert to the Vista building. Since that time, Long Island City has flourished and continues to grow.

Every time I visit, whether for grabbing a bite to eat, checking out art galleries, or to work with Feng Shui clients, I fall a little bit more in love with the energy of this city. Its like the calmer version of Manhattan and Brooklyn combined.

Hi Laura... having grown up in NYC, I remember Long Island City from the 1950's and the Pepsi sign was about all we ever really related to in LIC. Haven't been there in decades now, but I can see the entire area has completely changed from an industrial area to a residential area in demand.

I would love to explore Long Island City with you, Laura.  But, I'm a bit too far away at the moment.
