The demand for houses over the last few years up into the last few months was very difficult for buyers to navigate. Almost with certainty a buyer would need to offer more than the list price to even be including in the purchase process for consideration by a seller. Multiple offers, people throwing out crazy numbers and guarantees to "win" the home bid have finally cooled. I am so glad to see this, and happy to see a report out by Megan Arellano with Denverite. According to Megan over 95% of the Realtors she talks with agree heavily the market is changing.
