Hi Paula... a great reminder to all. Even those of us who normally project positiveness have our down days. 

I try for the joy as much as possible but suspect that's not always the case. Greaat reminder, Paula - thank you!

We recently went through an odd situatipm and discussed - at length - our role as co-creators in the experience. We have to take ownership of our own stuff -  is is about spreading joy, or misery? Sometimes we have to remain neutral and watch things unfold, that's tough to do. Our goal and intention is to always foster joyfulness and positive outcomes. 

Paula- I like your message! I know there are times when I need to take a step back and ask myself what's wrong with me. While I strongly encourage and promote a positive attitude there are just times when I find I may not exactly be spreading that.

Paula - it is good for us to stop and think, What baggage are we taken into our day and how is it affecting us and others?

Guilty of the negative!

Sometimes I even enjoy it, if you can believe that. Whining is sometimes a comical relief for me. At times you just have to find the humor in a very bad situation.

I can see why Kathy chose your post today to high light...well written!

Good morning Paula. I like this a lot and find it to be true. I know good people who have problems who are always down. After awile it is tiring to engage those folks.

I choose to be positive and spread cheer!

Good thoughts and advice!  I agree completely, we need to be AWARE of ourselves and FOCUS on others.  Not the other way around.  When you do this you will send the right message without having to fake it.

I'm so glad I read your post Kathy Streib 's "Ah-Ha" moments for the week. Excellent advice and we do need to stop and think about the message we are sending out there in the universe! Focusing on others and offering positive attitudes and vibes.

While we should all focus on being, saying and doing positive every day it is a challenge in this social media slanted world!

I loved that you posted an amazing butterfly.  I love nature and plants and flowers.  When I have this around me all the time I am cheerful and happy.

As the good book says "Rejoice always!" Thanks for sharing!
