I'm not a statistics guy, but every now and then it's nice to take a glance at a few numbers that represent how your marketplace is doing.
Here are the numbers for my marketplace last month showing some great activity. The seat of my pants was aware that August rocked, but it's nice to see some data that back that up.
My office is located in Evanston, IL and that's where I do a major percentage of my business. Evanston is the very first suburb north of Chicago, along Lake Michigan. We are loaded with culture, theatres, restaurants, schools (including Northwestern University), museums, art galleries, transportation (2 trains that take you into and away from the big city). In short... it has a little bit of everything.
