Great update for Rincon Valley, Jim. I do enjoy seeing what other area home sales are doing and am surprised at the ppsf in many, including yours! Your average sales price must be double mine here in Charlotte!

Debe Maxwell, CRS it's pricey to live here. Homeowners reap the rewards of rising prices, but I am not optimoptimisticisitc my kids will be able to live here when they become adults
