Sending over an application asking for all your information. Never do that especially if it is coming from a person not a property management company. I have seen a lot of scams on Zillow where they have 1 picture of the property and actually seems legit. Working with a realtor you don't have to worry about being scammed!
4. We can help you navigate the rental market! We are the experts and can help you figure out the right location and go over the details of the property.
5. We can review your lease and make sure your rights as a renter are protected! This is huge especially those finding private landlords.
