With all of the hype in the news about how bad the housing market is, it's no wonder buyers are afraid of making a puchase. However, according to a recent article in the Dallas Morning News it looks like Dallas-Fort Worth is a good place to build some equity. Luckily DFW was not part of the housing bubble that other states such as California experienced. That has kept the real estate market here relatively stable compared to the markets in those cities that had big price increases in recent years. The DFW area is ranked among the top five markets expected to do well between now and 2012. Buyers puchasing now while the market is not at it's peak could very well experience having equity built in just a few years from now. Terri Pescatore and Jane Avrit are well experienced in the Dallas area and are always available to help councel and advise home buyers, whether you are a first time or a veteran.
