The Mystic Hills community was developed in the 1960's in the hills above Laguna Beach. Known for panoramic views of the coastline and city lights with many of the homes enjoying whitewater views of Main Beach. The firestorm in 1993 destroyed many of the homes resulting in homes being rebuilt resulting in newer more contemporary homes in this neighborhood than most of Laguna. Award winning Thurston Middle School is within close proximity.
