Buying a home on contingency is a growing sector of the housing market and is filled with homeowners that would like to buy a newly built home however must sell their existing home first. The Nevada Builder Trade In Program helps streamline the process and is successful at doing both selling the existing home for participating homeowner and allowing the homeowners to buy the newly built home. This program was started in Nevada in 2014 with the Smith Team at the helm and hundreds of families have found it very satisfying and happily living in their newly built home.

Our approach is strategic and straight forward. We price your home at a competitive price based on the current seller’s market in the Las Vegas housing market. We also offer advice how to prep your current home to get the highest sales price in the amount of time we have agreed upon – then we list and sell the home while you’re buying a brand-new home on contingency from one of the developers we have as builder partners.
If the homeowner qualifies financially and decides to sell their current residence and purchase a brand new home in a builder-partner neighborhood – we at the Smith Team will list, market and sell the clients current house at a reduced commission while offering the buyer’s agent the standard 3 percent commission. We also will help arrange for moving services or help locate a temporary rental if needed between the sale of your current home and the completion of the brand new home!
