Marco Giancola in this complex about 35% are full-time residents and aproximately 20% are second homes. The remaining condos in STS are either primarily vacation rentals or there are some long-term rentals. Currently, there are only 4 available and they are all studio units which you can see in the link in the post above. STS has units as large as 1600 sq ft with three bedrooms but the waterfront 1+ bedrooms rarely come on the market.
