My business partner Greg Hancock has been revamping our website to show off some of Cincinnati’s most popular suburbs. We decided to make it even easier for home buyers to find and narrow their search of houses for sale in Cincinnati.
Houses for sale in Cincinnati, Ohio
Our territory includes real estate markets like Batavia in Clermont County up to Springboro in Warren County. Greg installed some handy price range links too. Just a click and you can see all the Cincinnati area houses for sale in that price range. Of course, you can narrow your house-hunt a lot further with the property search options.
The price links of homes for sale in southern Ohio – Cincinnati area start with listings under $100,000. Then listings are grouped by $100,000 - $200,000, $200,000 - $300,000 etc. You can use the price range option to narrow a price range to $25,000 increments. You can also search homes for lease, multi-family and investment properties and land for sale. For those seeking commercial properties that option is available too.
All southern Ohio properties on our site update in real time via the CincyMLS. Local real estate websites with MLS direct feeds are so much more accurate than big sites like Zillow. No, Zestimates are not very accurate. Zillow even got its own CEO’s property dramatically overvalued.
Looking for a condo or townhouse in Anderson Township, Blue Ash or Loveland? How about a custom stone and brick home in Mason or West Chester? Homes for sale in Monroe, Ohio have become a hot frenzy. Location practically on Interstate 75 to Cincinnati has a lot to do with it. Amazon is also creating 1,000 new jobs on Monroe’s doorstep. We expect Monroe’s house values to go up. It won’t be long before we start seeing a lot of new subdivisions, developments and houses being built in Monroe.
