The Alameda’s Farmer’s Market is open to the public Saturday September 30,  and Tuesday, October 3 mornings from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm, rain or shine.  All the fruits and vegetables are available at great prices.  So good!  Don’t miss the opportunity to shop for delectable fruits, vegetables and flowers.  The market is on Webster Street and Haight Avenue and is open rain or shine.

Alameda South Shore Center and Off the Grid food trucks will be at South Shore on Saturday, September 30, from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm in the South Shore Center parking lot in front of Petco.

Crab Cove for Family Nature Fun Hour for “Bird Bingo” on Saturday, September 30, at 2:00 pm to learn about the birds which visit Crab Cove, then see what is going on at the Visitor’s Center.  Crab Cove is located at 1252 McKay Avenue. Please call 510-544-3187 for more information.

Alameda Point Antique Faire in Alameda photo by evelyn kennedy

At the Alameda Point Antiques Faire on Sunday October 1, you’ll have great time people watching, buying cools things, and enjoying great food. Entry fee is $10 before 7:30 am, $5 after 9:00 am. If you haven’t been to the Alameda Point Antiques Faire you are missing a excellent event.  It is located at the end of Main Street at Alameda Point.  Rain cancels the Faire but it will be held the following Sunday.

Evelyn,  I love farmer's markets unfortunately seldom make the time to go to them unlike Ron and Alexandra Seigel  who are religiously going week after week...Endre

Sounds like you have a lot going on. I don't like to buy antiques but I do enjoy perusing!
